YouTube System Abuse — Recruiting Paying Members to Leak Content

Same 20-minute video, discussing access to a rival’s members-only content.

That he has recruited paying members of the targeted channel to send him its members-only content.

Solicitation of a breach of channel membership terms of service to obtain paywalled content without paying for it himself.

"I got a few of my people that have memberships that will send me the membership ones, and I’ll [use it] to expose it."

This is a distinct vector from anything YouTube can action on his account directly — it identifies specific members of the targeted channel breaching their own membership terms, which is a separate issue the channel owner can close off (revoking those memberships) independent of any action against him.

He treats it as simply resourceful ("I’m going through the open ones first, then... the downloaded ones") rather than acknowledging it depends on someone else breaching a paid agreement.

Anyone with a paid membership tier on any platform is exposed to this exact tactic — recruit an insider, bypass the paywall, use the material against the creator.
